Course Description

The Advanced First Aid and CPR Training Course is designed to provide participants with advanced knowledge and practical life-saving skills required to respond effectively to medical emergencies, serious injuries, and life-threatening situations in the workplace, community, or remote environments. The course builds upon basic first aid principles and equips learners with the competence and confidence to assess casualties, provide immediate medical assistance, perform advanced resuscitation techniques, and stabilize patients until professional medical help arrives.

• Understand advanced first aid principles and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct primary and secondary casualty assessments effectively.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening medical emergencies.
• Perform high-quality CPR on adults, children, and infants.
• Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively.
• Manage airway obstructions, breathing difficulties, and respiratory emergencies.
• Control severe bleeding and manage shock effectively.
• Provide first aid treatment for fractures, burns, wounds, and spinal injuries.
• Recognize signs and symptoms of stroke, heart attack, seizures, and other medical conditions.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and communicate effectively with medical responders.
