Course Description

The Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) and Safety Reporting Training Course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to promote safe workplace behaviors, strengthen safety culture, and improve organizational safety performance through effective observation, communication, and reporting systems. The course focuses on understanding how human behavior influences workplace safety and how proactive safety reporting can be used to identify risks, prevent incidents, and drive continuous improvement.
