Course Description

The ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Lead Auditor Course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and competence required to plan, conduct, lead, and manage business continuity management system audits in accordance with ISO 22301:2019 and internationally recognized auditing guidelines. The course prepares learners to take on the role of a lead auditor, capable of supervising audit teams and evaluating an organization’s ability to maintain critical operations during disruptions and crises.
