"Awareness courses have a reputation for being glorified orientations—thin, forgettable, and vaguely patronizing—but Qesh Standards Limited’s Basic OHS Awareness training detonated that expectation before the first coffee break by handing us photographs of our own workstations and asking us to circle the hazards we had stopped seeing months ago. They didn't list rights and responsibilities from a slide; they walked us through the invisible risks lurking in repetitive movements, unlabelled containers, cluttered walkways, and the silence that follows a near-miss nobody reports, then gave us a simple, memorable framework (spot it, say it, sort it) that has since become shorthand in our daily huddles."
