"I used to be the person who quietly prayed someone else would step forward in a crisis, because the thought of getting it wrong paralyzed me more than the emergency itself, but Qesh Standards Limited replaced that dread with a quiet, steady competence I didn't know I had. They didn't just drill us on chest compressions and bandaging; they placed us in painfully realistic, low-pressure scenarios with a colleague on the floor, a panicked bystander, and a defibrillator that talked back, and coached us through the chaos until the steps became muscle memory and the panic gave way to a calm inner voice that simply says, "You know what to do." I left knowing how to hold a broken arm still with a makeshift sling, yes, but more importantly I left knowing I could kneel beside a fallen stranger, a family member, or a workmate and be the person who acts, not freezes, and that's a gift no certificate alone can capture."
